Our spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom cottages provide the perfect home for your cherished possessions. Enjoy the privacy of your apartment or meet a friend for a game of Billiards.

The Glebe apartments offer seven floor plans ranging from a one bedroom, one bath to two bedrooms, two baths, den, and dining room. The cottages offer four floor plans.  All are two bedrooms, two baths, den, two-car garages and porches.

All apartments and cottages have 9 foot ceilings, expansive windows, several closets, washers and dryers and the standard kitchen appliances include:  self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven, disposal, and dishwasher.

Some of the services and amenities included in the monthly fee are:  flexible dining plan, housekeeping every other week, maintenance of grounds (including snow removal), maintenance of all Community-owned appliances/equipment, security, Urgent Call System, Fitness Center, Resident Business Center, scheduled transportation for shopping, medical appointments and special event trips (theater, museums, symphony, dining, regional attractions, etc.).
